Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Superform AI ("Superform," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, join our waitlist, or use our platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your email address when you join the waitlist; account details (name, email, password) when you create an account; and any content you provide, such as resume and cover-letter text, interview responses and transcriptions, and profile information.
  • Information collected automatically. Device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Payment information. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, collects and processes your payment details (such as card information) directly. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited information such as a payment token, the last four digits, and your subscription status.
  • Analytics & advertising data. If you consent, we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand usage and measure marketing. These tools may set cookies and collect identifiers about your device.

2. Sources of information

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from third parties such as analytics and advertising providers, authentication or social-login providers you choose to use, and our service providers.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Generate the AI-assisted features you request, such as resume suggestions and interview practice.
  • Communicate with you, including waitlist and product updates.
  • Measure and improve our marketing, with your consent.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI and your content

Our features use artificial intelligence. When you use them, your content (such as resume text or interview responses) is processed by us and by AI providers — including Anthropic — solely to generate the output you request.

  • We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train our own or third parties' foundation models. Our AI providers process your content under enterprise/API terms that do not use it to train their models.
  • Service improvement. We may use aggregated or de-identified data — which does not identify you — to analyze, debug, and improve the Services.
  • Your responsibility. Please avoid submitting sensitive information you do not want processed by AI, and review AI output before relying on it.

5. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); your consent (for analytics and marketing cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services and understand usage); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Cookies and your choices

We set strictly necessary cookies to run the Services. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set with your consent, which you give through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here, including with service providers who help us operate the Services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
  • SendGrid (Twilio) — transactional and waitlist email.
  • Google Analytics — product usage analytics (with consent).
  • Meta — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel (with consent).
  • Anthropic and other AI providers — to power platform features you use.

We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Superform and others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them. Account content is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted or de-identified.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) and residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws may request that we disclose, correct, or delete personal information, and may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. To exercise any right, email us at corporate@superformai.com. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals, we do not respond to them. Where required by law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Nevada residents

We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still submit a request regarding the sale of covered information by emailing corporate@superformai.com.

12. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
